Learn how to make a birthday card pop up project with a 3D hot air balloon! Making 3D projects from flat cardstock is more math than magic, but it sure feels mysterious! With carefully placed cuts, creases, and glue, you can make homemade cards pop! My birthday card pop up is a really fun way to learn several paper engineering techniques.
