Create a vector sparkling star Inkscape tutorial

I’ll show you how to use Inkscape to make a sparkling star. In this video I’ll show you how to layer objects and use layers for effects like blur to give dimension. I’ve seen this type of sparkling star used on sport text designs. It can pull the eye to a certin area of your design and make it pop!
