Vertical Welcome Sign on a Cricut: The Trick to Aligning Vertical Letters!

Materials list (includes my affiliate links):
– One 8″ x 48″ pine board
– Paint – I used whisper white texture chalk paint at https://amzn.to/2P78tyV and imperial red chalk paint at https://amzn.to/2KHLbPN
– Brushes
– 220 grit sandpaper
– Polycrylic protective finish (matte) (this is important for getting your vinyl to stick and stay stuck) at https://amzn.to/2P9EYfU
– 7 sheets of 12″ x 12″ Permanent outdoor vinyl — I used this vinyl in black glossy (4 sheets at https://amzn.to/2Q78qc0) and white matte (3 sheets at https://amzn.to/2Q78qc0)
– Transfer tape – https://amzn.to/2SmunjT
– A way to cut your vinyl — I used a Cricut, but you could use another cutting machine, scissors, or an X-acto knife
