How to make Glitter Wine Glasses with Cricut Vinyl Decals and Mod Podge

In this video tutorial I will be showing you step by step how to create personalized glitter wine glasses. Materials I used to create these glasses are very fine glitter, Mod Podge, 651 Oracle vinyl, foam paint brushes, and alcohol to clean off glasses and the wine glasses.
